Her Customized Hypnosis Audio Program will assist you in entering a deeply relaxed state, making your subconscious mind receptive to positive suggestions. Always be sure to listen to your audio, or any hypnosis or meditation content within an undistracted environment where you can dedicate your full attention. Never while driving.

6. What format will my Customized Hypnosis Audio be?

Your customized hypnosis audio will be provided as an MP3 file. This format is compatible with most devices, allowing you to easily listen to your uniquely tailored recording whenever and wherever you need.

You will have a MindSet Coaching Session with Rachelle conducted via Zoom. With your permission, Rachelle will record the session, allowing her to capture the key insights and breakthroughs as you work through your challenges together.

After the session, you’ll receive a copy of this recording for your reference. Using the information and progress discussed, Rachelle then crafts a tailored hypnosis audio specifically designed to reinforce your goals and support your ongoing transformation.
