Regulatory and Course Information
The 18 hours required by the Wisconsin DSPS are included (12 mandatory courses and 6 elective courses) in the package. Click here for a list of courses included in the package.

The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) requires a total of 18 hours of continuing education for the 2025-2026 biennium. In the past, the required hours were obtained by completing six courses of 3 hours each. Education providers can now offer any increment of hours for a total of 18 hours of Continuing Education. Yes! Parts of various courses include the National Association of Realtors' requirements.
The courses you have completed will remain in your account. You can review the course material anytime but you won't be taking it as a new course or getting credit for it again.
Yes! Parts of courses 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 11 provide parts of the Ethics requirements and courses 9 and 10 provide the Fair Housing requirements. Certificates from each of these courses must be provided to your local association. For more detailed information CLICK HERE.

Your Account
Welcome! You don’t need to create an account separately. Your account is automatically created during the checkout process when you purchase your first course. At checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your information and choose a username and password.
If you can’t log in, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. Enter the email address you used when registering, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password. 👉 If you’re unsure of the email you registered with or run into issues, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].
Log into your CE Course Portal and click on your profile (top-right corner on desktop, or the hamburger menu ☰ on mobile). From there, go to Settings to update your name, contact information, or password. Be sure your information is always up to date—this ensures your certificate details are correct and we can reach you if needed.
Navigating the Courses
Once you’re logged into the CE Course Portal, you’ll see all of your purchased courses. Courses do not need to be taken in a specific order—you can start with any of them. On desktop: click Next Lesson at the bottom-right of the screen to move forward. On mobile/tablet: tap the arrow in the top-right corner to move forward. Courses include a mix of text, images, links, and activities designed to support your learning. Links open in a new window so you won’t lose your place. At the end of each course, you’ll complete a final exam (5 multiple-choice questions). You can retake it as many times as you need to score 70% or higher. Once you pass, you’ll automatically receive your Certificate of Completion.
After checkout, you’ll receive two automated emails: A confirmation email letting you know your purchase was successful. An email with a link to the CE Course Portal, where you’ll be asked to create a new password to sign in. Once you set your password and log in, your course will automatically appear in your dashboard. From there: Sign into the CE Course Portal. Look for your list of available courses. Click Start next to the course you want to begin. The course will open with a short orientation (requirements and navigation tips). After that, you can begin working through the lessons at your own pace.
No! You will be able to see which topics you've completed when you look at the outline! At the end of each topic you are able to :"Mark as complete". This is not required to get your certificate of completion but very helpful if you want to know which topics you completed and which ones you have yet to do.
Some states require that you complete a course within a certain amount of time after registering for the course or there are maximum hours/day. Good news! Wisconsin has no such regulations and you are free to proceed at your own pace through the material.
Yes! Simply log into your account and every course you've taken will be available to you after completion of the course!
You may retake the final exam as many times as necessary to pass. Remember, you will ONLY receive credit for the course AFTER you pass the final exam.
Yes! You will always have support while taking a course. Please text Laurel Stone with questions and she will set up a time to chat if required.
Absolutely, this is an available feature.
Certificate of Completion
A certificate of completion is initiated once you pass the final exam of your course. It certifies that you have passed the exam and completed your course.
You will receive an email with your certificate of completion. Additionally, it is kept for your records per state law for 5 years from completion of your course. You can access all your certificates by logging into your account and you will find them under your settings.
You may download and save your certificate in a file on your computer because you'll need the information from it (provider, course name, date of completion) to renew your license. Alternatively, when you renew your license, you can access them online to extract the necessary information.
At this time, providers are not responsible for submitting the certificate to the DSPS.
No, your certificate is for renewing your license.
Your Orders
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout page. You’ll know the page is secure when you see the small lock icon in your browser’s address bar. We use trusted payment processors (such as Stripe) to ensure your credit card details are fully protected.
This usually happens if the billing address, card number, expiration date, or security code doesn’t exactly match what’s on file with your bank. Double-check all your information and try again. Yes. After checkout, your receipt will be automatically emailed to you. You can also log into the CE Course Portal, go to Order History under your account settings, and download or print your receipts at any time.
Website and Device Details
Our courses work best on the latest versions of major browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox. For the smoothest experience, we recommend using Google Chrome and keeping your browser updated.
You can access your courses from a computer, smartphone, or tablet. If you’re on a phone or tablet, be sure to scroll or use the menu to find the Start or Continue button for your course.
Yes. On most devices, you can zoom in or adjust your text size directly through your browser or device settings. The CE Portal is mobile-friendly, so you can resize or zoom in/out as needed to make the text easier to read. Troubleshooting on Mobile: If you don’t see the Start or Continue button, try refreshing the page. Make sure your browser is updated. If the issue continues, clear your browser cache or switch to another browser (Chrome is recommended). As a last step, try using a desktop or laptop for the initial login — after that, you’ll usually have no issues on mobile.

All course sales are final. Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not issue refunds.
